What’s an Earthbound Spirit and what to do or don’t?

Earthbound spirits are human souls who passed away but haven’t crossed into the light for various reasons, they are attached to their human world.

The reason isn’t just the Hollywood unfinished business, those are rare and not blocking them from crossing. Like our human function, earthbound is a choice. In Ireland, what I have the most encounter reason is religious based, controlled fear of a hell over heaven. A lot of women who have been sexually abused were taught it was their fault like many other called sins where the victims have been made to believe it was their responsibilities to be some days punished. A lot of souls fear crossing. A person who ended their own lives do not become earthbound for that, they cross. I have seen some simple to attached to the materialism, like some farmers with their house and lands. Some can be humble thinking they are just not worthy. Or the love of their living ones and desires to keep watching over them like they use to during their lifetime, the duties of family leaders. Some have done really bad things, justify them and stay believing they must give enforced they rules. And the list of reasons keeps going.

Some people start their spiritual journey thinking they might be crazy for feeling things, thinking or hearing things, strange physical sensations… that don’t make sense to them. Unable to find someone to speak to or what to do properly, may or may not give in and endure, sometimes for years. Some, for a lifetime. It may start simply because it was an ability dormant or ignore until an encounter acted forcing to face themselves too. Some may have use unwisely some tools or games to “contact the spirit world” and ended opening a door for endless trouble. There are some who did nothing, but something was done to them, and the reasons for that can also be long.

You are not crazy. Some mental illnesses aren’t the diagnosis. Before taking this as an answer, do not stop any current treatment. Seek the right person to assist you wherever is your journey.

What not to do. Some earthbound spirit attached themselves to the people who they think can help them. This doesn’t mean always in good way. Some just use you to help themselves. The reason is because your frequency match yours. They will keep tricks to keep feeding from your energy. They will mainly use your sense of generosity and care. People pleaser can’t escape. An earthbound spirit will want to communicate with you, ask you to do things for them. But they are not in the right place. You must not give in and do not use any type or form of communication with them or for them. If you start channelling, you will open a door to your energy that will be a lighthouse beckon attracting endless earthbound spirits and more.

Once the souls crossed into the light, to other realms, their journey will continue in a higher frequency from the human. Whatever suffering will be taking care of and their shift from human will bring them to a high consciousness to interact back with the human with greater wisdom and respect which won’t harm the living ones.

Your reactions and actions to and against the earthbound spirit matter deeply. If you allow yourself into frustration, panic, anger, agitation, to push them off as they were a physical entity, you are providing negative energy, like encouraging them to keep the drama to feed them. You must be aware of your behaviour in those circumstances. It is important to keep calm, to not give any response and reactions, to pretend ignoring them as a first step. Secondly smudge your environment and yourselves and ground yourself. This won’t get rid of them but won’t aggravate your situation. You will still need to find a Medium to help you to get rid of them and teach you how to resolve future encounter by yourself until your raise your vibration and learn about your own abilities.
